Kentmere Pan 200 er en alsidig, mellemhurtig sort/hvid negativfilm, der giver billeder med finkornet struktur, god skarphed og medium til høj billedkontrast. Det er også et godt valg til forstørrelser i høj kvalitet eller højopløselige scanninger. Filmen er coated på en 0,125 mm/5-mil acetatbase med lav densitet.
Fine grain and sharpness are exactly what I needed for enlargements, and the mid-high contrast gives portraits a classic punch without being harsh. Shot a whole roll at box speed in mixed daylight and the negatives came out beautifully dense.
The contrast on this roll is exactly what I want for portraits—mid-tones hold up nicely and the grain stays tight even when I crop into a shot. Loaded it in my medium format camera for a weekend walk and every frame scanned beautifully.
Pulled the first roll out of the tank and the mid-tones are just gorgeous, exactly the pictorial contrast I was hoping for. The grain stayed nice and tight even on the frames I pushed a stop, so I’m already loading another roll.
