KODAK Rapid Fixer ist ein schnell wirkendes Härtungs-Fixierbad für die Verwendung mit Film und Papier. Es besteht aus zwei flüssigen Konzentraten: Lösung A (Fixierkonzentrat) und Lösung B (Härtungskonzentrat). Es sind verschiedene Verdünnungen für Film (ergibt 1 Gallone) und Papier (ergibt 2 Gallonen) erhältlich. 

Diese Chemikalie ist als "Limited Quantity Hazardous" eingestuft und kann aufgrund von DOT-Vorschriften nur per Bodentransport innerhalb der kontinentalen USA versendet werden. Innerhalb der kontinentalen USA kann sie nicht an Postfächer versendet werden.
