Mixed up a batch for some rolls I'd shot years ago and the hardener concentrate really did its job—negatives came out firm and scratch-free even after a hot, humid rinse. The two-bottle kit is dead simple to measure, and making a full gallon took me under five minutes.
Mixed two gallons in one go and had plenty left over for the next batch. The hardening solution actually made my fiber paper curl less during washing, which was a pleasant surprise. Clears film in about half the time my old fixer did.
