The tonal range on this negative film is gorgeous—highlights stay creamy while shadows hold real detail. I developed it in standard chemistry and scanned it at home, and the grain is surprisingly fine for a 35mm stock. This is my new go-to for street shots.
Shot a roll of this over the weekend and the tonal range in the shadows is honestly beautiful—even at box speed it holds detail where I expected mush. Development was completely predictable too, which matters when you're testing a new stock. Just wish it came in 120, but for 35mm it's my new go-to.
The grain structure gives portraits that classic 60s look, and it holds fine detail even when I push it a stop. I've been shooting a roll a week since it arrived, and the contrast is dead on for what I want. This film has earned a permanent spot in my freezer.
