The box arrived well-packed, and loading these into my holders went smoothly with no static or curl issues. Exposed a few sheets on a bright landscape shoot, and the box speed held up beautifully at 1/100 with fine grain I could almost see through the loupe.
The tonality is gorgeous for portraits and landscapes alike—shadow detail holds up beautifully even in tricky mixed light. Sheets stay perfectly flat in the holder, which makes loading in the field a breeze. This is my go-to when I need that extra sharpness from a 4x5.
Shot these at box speed on a bright overcast day and the midtone separation in the shadows is honestly stunning for 4x5.
