Third roll in and the colors still punch hard, especially in that late-afternoon golden hour where the vivid saturation really shines. Grain stays pleasantly fine even when I push it into overcast conditions, which is exactly what I needed for everyday walkaround shooting.
I shoot mostly outdoors in mixed shade and these handle it beautifully. I pushed a roll to 800 in a pinch and the grain stayed surprisingly tight, and the skin tones came back with real depth.
The colors on these rolls are so punchy and warm that my indoor shots with flash actually looked like golden-hour portraits. I shot a whole birthday party in mixed lighting and every frame had that rich, saturated look without me touching any settings.
